Delivery
We offer 2 shipping methods for your order:
Standard Delivery: This is the cheapest method but also the slowest. We ship your order by Israeli postal services. It takes between 14 and 21 days to receive your package.
Express delivery: Your order is sent by EMS Israel. (Relayed by Chronopost for France). Your order will be delivered between 4 and 12 working days.
Any order over 2Kg will be automatically sent by Israel EMS (express delivery)

Cost of delivery:
The charges are automatically calculated according to postal rates or EMS based on weight and destination of your order. We deliver all over the world except for countries with no postal agreement with Israel.

Product return
In pursuance of the Consumer Code, the buyer has a period of 7 calendar days from delivery of its order to return the product not used in perfect condition to the seller in its original packaging (accessories, notice ...), for exchange or refund without penalty, except the shipping cost of return.
